Key focus included ramping up scientific manpower to 300 numbers from 150 in the area of process research, drug discovery research, and Bio Technology and Formulation development.

®  Played key role in setting up the complete HR department from the scratch including manpower planning, HR policy, Performance Management system, Compensation design, support staff incentive, Staff induction program and training.
