What sets Your Life Solutions apart from other Life Coaching services is that I incorporate all of my education, life experience and research in my coaching practice. I am a certified Life Skills Coach, Anger Management Coach, Certified Mediator, Certified Negotiator and have my diploma in Business Admin. I have more than a decade of experience in office management. I have successfully and efficiently managed several companies – from advertising to multinational floor coverings to real estate and property management.

 

For the last 5 years, I have been facilitating conflict resolution courses within the Calgary Board of Education as part of the CALM/Health Curriculum. I have also facilitated a class which specialized in dealing with the female population of students at several junior high and senior high schools. I addressed the issues which stood in the way of their academic success. Furthermore, I have facilitated courses within the corporate sector, helping professionals achieve success and resolve conflict. I firmly believe that my success as a Life Skills Coach comes from my extensive education, professional experience and my own personal experiences.
