While training at iPEC, I had the opportunity to work one-on-one and in group settings with Servando. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the coaching process, exhibits superb "between the lines" listening skills, and he astounds me with his level of perception and insight into issues that may not be readily obvious. During a particular coaching session I received from him I remember that I hadn't quite articulated the issue for myself, and his questions (at first) didn't make sense to me. However, he used powerful inquiry with intent and insight, and wove together all the seemingly unrelated issues beautifully, providing me with absolute clarity and purpose.
