I have coached individuals with various goals and life challenges including: carrer change, anxiety and people simply looking to get the most of what life can offer. I have been a psychology professor at both college and university for the past 11 years. I also teach communications.

Credentials

I obtained a Masters of psychology at Concordia University in Montreal as well as a PhD from McGill University. I obtained a personal and professional coaching certification (PPCC) from the center for human relations and community studies at Concordia University.
