Next Step coaching services intent is to enable people to take the Next step in the area they want to grow in their life.

This project is in the phase of Identifying, which set of customers to focus on. I'm finding this through Lean startup methodology by Ash Maurya.

Also, the coaching methodology will involve Natural farming practices & 3 key personal development sciences like Ontology, NLP & Design thinking to reduce the interference's and enable their Potential/Performance.

This venture focused on finding ways to personalize education for school children aged between 10-15. the frame that we learnt was that it is possible through Project Based Learning and Coaching Methodology.

And we did learn ways to reach our customers who was the school principal and management through a national conference held by Edumedia India.

My Learning summary of this venture is:

The way that i would want to enable school children to learn Economically valuable and life skills is through integrated methodology which is possible through farming and coaching.
