Over the last three years Simon helped dozens of business owners and professionals substantially increase productivity and profitability. Key areas of focus are Time Management, Sales, Marketing, Systems, Customer Service and Business Development. Simon also facilitates various classes and workshops on goal setting, personal development and business growth related topics.

BNI Director Consultant (2013 – Present)

Simon oversees the success and growth of four outstanding BNI (Business Networking International) Chapters in the Denver Metro area. He also guides new chapters through the launch process and lays the foundation for them to become highly successful Hall of Fame and Showcase chapters.

Director for International Non-Profit Organization (2008 – 2011)

Simon developed his business and productivity expertise during his highly successful tenure as a Director for an international nonprofit organization. He took a lead role in restructuring the group and coordinating projects, and directed its multi-­‐million dollar fundraising efforts. Simon helped the organization streamline its finances, partly by reducing staff costs by more than 75% while maintaining efficiency and production levels.

Devoted Family Man and Hobbyist (2006 to Present)

Originally from Switzerland, Simon moved to the United States in 2005. He is happily married to his wife Sharon with whom he is raising a beautiful daughter. He is a passionate reader of books on business leadership and management, productivity, economics, personal development, philosophy, and spirituality. He supervises the Emergency Preparedness program for his church and enjoys running, playing soccer and meditation.
