She joined the John Maxwell Team in 2011 as a Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker. Shari can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, Shari will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.

Guiding others on their journey by impacting positive change, propelling growth, & inspiring a new generation of leaders has become her purpose in life. Helping those to decide to "move up or move on" and why NOW is the time.

She has received multiple awards for business excellence and also holds a Certification for Professional Coaching. Over the years, challenging others to find their own passions has been humbling but rewarding.
