A.V. Powers is a British transplant who has made Atlanta her home for almost 20 years. With a background in psychology and corporate business practices including real estate, public relations, diplomatic affairs and marketing, Ayshah has developed an expertise that enables her to successfully evaluate problem areas within a given environment and systematically assess how the processes in place can be improved. 

Her clients consist mainly of business leaders who are boldly committed to developing significantstrategic and sustainable goals. She is adept at identifying the roadblocks that a client may be experiencing and provide the appropriate methodologies and climate in which to move forward with renewed passion and focus. With a commitment to her clients' confidentiality and unique situations, Ayshah has developed a reputation for her diligence and tenacity in delivering exceptional results.

By nature, Ayshah (aka "Victoria" ) is a nurturer and an encourager as well as a results-driven task-master who brings these characteristics to her style of consulting and coaching. She started her coaching career in relationship coaching and developed her expertise to include career and executive development coaching.
