vWork with JHSC to implement H&S programs, and respond to store level needs or recommendations.
vConducting Risk and Safety Culture Assessment, and tracking selected indicators to evaluate the achievement of program goals.

vCoaching communication and conflict resolution skills;
§ Strengthening employees interpersonal skills to resolve disputes using a “business” focused approach
· Increasing Employee Performance to continuously streamline productivity and increase efficiencies.
· Assist employees with WSIB consultation and forms, ESRW program and Accommodation needs.
vTrack and review any workplace accidents, incidents and assist with remedial action plans.
· Provide consultation on OHSA, Human Rights, WSIA, and Employment Standards Legislations.
