Michelle Tanmizi

With almost 20 years of Corporate and Business skills and experience, Michelle understands the Business environment and speaks the corporate language.  She was in top managerial positions of multi-national companies for several years, responsible not only for the day-to-day running of the business but also for strategic planning as well as profit and loss.  In these roles, she discovered that she is gifted in and has a proven track record in effective people management, implementing positive change and building and restructuring productive and happy teams.

Michelle believes in Conscious Management and Leadership and knows that this is the new Management style of the future that will propel positive business growth and create Self-Actualising Companies.  It is her ambition that all corporations discover the incredible power and benefits of Conscious Management and Leadership and how this will positively impact not only the productivity of the company, staff retention (hence reducing ‘brain-drain’) and ultimately the business finances.

She is equally passionate about encouraging Female Leadership and helping women step up to the plate.  She believes that the Self-Actualising Company of the furture is apowerful and congruent entity that creates not only a safe and nurturing environment for work and growth but that also recognises potential and offers opportunity for leadership for everyone, based on merit and not on gender.
