I have three decades of experience as an HR Officer in a number of high tempo units within the Canadian Forces.  My last position was as the Workplace Relations Facilitator, Executive Coach and Mediator for an Air Force Wing of 3,000 personnel.  My duties included providing Executive Coaching to Commanding Officers, enhancing team effectiveness through conflict management, conducting mediations and individual coaching sessions, providing group needs assessments and group processes, training design and workshop facilitation.
