As a CZT, I was responsible for marketing, scheduling and teaching the Zentangle®methodology of relaxed focus, meditative art form to 100s of clients in the form of workshops. I successfully sold Zentangle® Kits and products while successfully marketing and teaching ongoing workshops.

Independent Consultant, Unit Leader - Creative Memories; Wyndmoor, PA 1999-2009

As a Consultant, I was responsible for successful sales, marketing, scheduling, teaching and customer service of 100s of customers to preserve their memories with traditional and digital mediums. As Unit Leader, I was responsible for effectively networking, recruiting and training over 35 independent consultants to run their own successful consulting businesses. I conducted professional sales and development workshops at Regional and National Conference Meetings.

As Customer Service Manager, I managed three full time customer service representatives and was responsible for over 1000 corporate telecommunication installations and ongoing client support. As Sales Representative I successfully built a client portfolio of local and Fortune 500 firms using cold calling, networking and referrals. As sales manager, I effectively selected, trained and managed a team of 13 full time sales professionals to attain corporate sales goals.
