Assisted others in getting off the ground. His attention to detail and looks at the little things before they become big things. As a manager he is familiar with bugets, employee needs, business concerns, and other human resource needs.

As a long time coach TIm pulls from his previous experiences. He is always learning and advancing his knowledge base to bring you the very best in his coaching practice. He is flexible enough to change his approach to the situation presented before him to provide an individual solution. He does not believe in a one size fits all approach.
