Interviewed prospective students to determine students’ educational goals and objectives. 
Explained Strayer programs, discusses education options and makes recommendations on suitable courses of study as appropriate.
Assisted prospective students through the admissions and registration process.
Managed the campus’ Admissions Officers and other admissions staff toward meeting established new student enrollment and conversion objectives. 
Identified at-risk students and works with them to identify interventions (i.e. tutoring, additional academic advising, etc.) needed to assist them in becoming successful in a collegiate environment. 
Counseled students on financial aid processes.
Managed financial aid and student accounts staff.
Facilitated sponsor billing, tuition reimbursement, tuition assistance. Responsible for collections efforts, balance payment, etc.
