Tony White

His adult career path commenced after graduating with a Masters Degree in Sport Management from the University of Western Ontario, in the mid-eighties, when Tony spent close to ten years in the community college system as an administrator and part-time faculty member honing his training and leadership skills. Tony was also a founding partner of Practical Management of Canada Inc. in the mid-nineties and has recently taken on the role of Program Director with Practical Management Instruction Inc. based in the US. He is a Certified Sales Trainer as well as a Certified Personality Dimensions™ Facilitator.
          
      
In 2005 Tony wrote “Make it Happen - A Practical Handbook for Team Leaders, Project Managers and Facilitators to Build, Facilitate and Repair High Performance Teams” that is available through Chapters in Canada.

Tony also has kept himself grounded in business by being a major investor and a Director for an international food manufacturing company from 2005-2009, Celtrade Canada Inc.

Tony created Power Training for Today’s Adult Educator  in 2008 which is a digital workbook coupled with audio files that is designed to provide the techniques necessary to make adult learning both active and productive in a self-study format. This program, in its original format, has been used by over 300,000 educators and trainers in the private and public sectors, as well as university and community college environments.

Tony began coaching and facilitating both individuals and teams toward higher levels of performance, learning and fulfillment in the late nineties and has most recently shifted his focus to these areas in earnest by attending the Adler School of Professional Coaching in conjunction with the University of Toronto, and becoming an Adler Trained Coach (ATC) and am working toward to becoming a Professional Certified Coach as designated by the International Coaching Federation.
