In 2002, I was certified as a Gallup StrengthsFinder coach and since then have worked with hundreds of leaders and their teams to discover their potential.  My StrengthsFinder team coaching is designed to help leaders and their teams appreciate each other's unique strengths and find practical ways to put them to work.  The team coaching opens up a rich dialogue regarding the team strengths and fosters both greater engagement and productivity at work.

As a certified leadership coach, I am passionate about helping people discover how to capitalize on their unique strengths at work and in their lives. Our coaching conversations are intended to help you uncover what matters most, what might be getting in the way, and what needs to happen in order for you to transform how you are "showing up" in your life.
