Tresté's experience is very diverse and includes global work in approximately 5 different countries. Her last Navy organization included 62,000 employees globally and included more than 88% civilian personnel. She managed to dispel stereotypes about both host nationals and U.S. foreign nationals. That resulted in better teamwork increasing productivity by 5.2-6.3% in 6 months. Addtionally, Tresté made great strides in decreasing attrition by 3.4% in 8 months. Work environments increased cohesiveness and effectiveness in 69 out of 80 installations by 4.1% in 1 year. That was working with the Senior leader of each of these organizations to make change happen.
She recently worked with the V.P. of Diversity/Inclusion at Southwest Airlines to craft their first diversity message to their Board of Directors (BoD) and entire organization. She rocked the presentation and the BoD adopted many of Tresté's original concepts.
