Experience

Since forming my business Changing Paces, in 2003 I have made it my passion to promote Disability Awareness through Coaching, through my radio show “In Our Shoes” and by delivering Accessible Customer Service Training; all in hopes of breaking down barriers to accessibility for people with disabilities and in turn advocating for those who may not be able to advocate for themselves.

My book “After the Diagnosis: The Journey Beyond” is written to empower newly-diagnosed readers to work through their grieving process and move forward with their lives.

I live in Keswick, Ontario Canada with my supportive husband Ernest and my canine fur-babies, Travis & Dudley.
