Overview

My name is Trish Robichaud and I am a Disability Awareness Coach, a Maximum Life & Healthy Business Coach, Author, Advocate & Motivational Speaker.

I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1993 and have been living with major depression most of my life. I've been to the bottom of the barrel with both of these conditions and have clawed my way back out many times. I lost my job shortly after my diagnosis in '93 and was forced to take my employer to the Human Rights Commission. That complaint was eventually settled in my favour but taught me vital lessons about the essential need for self-advocacy.
