Sheila Dixon

Sheila embodies what it means to be a professional business woman in the 21st century. When she received her BSBA from Duquense University years ago, she could not have predicted that her roles would include Business Owner for multiple businesses, speaker, thought leader, entrepreneur, founder, visionary, wife and mother – all at the same time! Today she wears all of those hats and manages to deliver results to those who rely on her expertise, energy and creativity to move forward the goals of multiple enterprises.

In her roles, Sheila invests her resources into business owners in high growth mode of building their business foundation. Sheila positions herself as a sounding board for your ideas and strategies. She acts as a partner, not just a coach and will not frustrate you by asking you a question, when all you really are looking for is some outside guidance and knowledge! Sheila provides thoughtful feedback, to provoke and draw out new strategies and innovative solutions for business owners and organizational leaders. Her added strength in becoming your ‘accountability monitor’ to stay focused and on-track, keeps her clients motivated, positive and on track for positive results.

Through WBIS,  a women's professional network. She continues to grow Women Building & Investing in Success throughout the Northern Virginia area as it has expanded its membership and events from one location in 2003 to ongoing events in Virginia and Maryland. She continues to speak to organizations on subjects ranging from leadership to organizational development. She provides keynote presentations as well as workshops and custom on-site programs. Sheila continues to press forward in bringing much needed information, development and training to those who recognize a new era requires a new way of thinking about how we do business. She is ready to take on the challenges we face moving forward and she is open to new partnerships and new opportunities.
