Through my 20+ year career i've realized that the few strengths that I possess..  of character, time management, diligence, goal setting will bring even greater satisfation if i share them with others.   I have a passion for excellence.  I bring out the best in people.  I focus on strengths.  I listen and I hear.  I do not judge unless asked to do so.  I plan carefully and appropriately.  I follow up. I follow through.  I think big, and work small... one manageable step at a time.  I get things done.  I inspire creativity.  I know the value of stillness of mind and thoughtful reflection.  I've sold my cleverness and purchase bewilderment every chance i get.
