Away
The goal of life coaching is to take people from "functional to optimal". All of us have goals and dreams that we would love to achieve, but we often become discouraged and lose heart when things become difficult. That is where coaching can make all the difference.
I partner with my clients to help them achieve their goals. This could be their life purpose, depression, career goal, relationship goal, health goal or some other type of breakthrough. The client identifies the goal, we honestly assess the current status and then we attack internal and external obstacles.
It is awesome to watch people get "unstuck" and accomplish big goals. I have seen clients learn to confront difficult relationships, find their voice, get organized and learn how to better manage their time and priorities.
Clients sign up for a package and then we are off to the races. We become very good friends in every single occasion.
There is plenty of lonely people out there. And some may pretend only to have someone to chat with, tell someone how their day has been, tell details about things are happening during the day, tell someone how their date is going with that special someone they met, say good morning or good night, communicate their struggles, their success, their arguments with someone, and part of my service is to be there for all those moments. I dont need a reason to talk to you for a problem. Or you dont need to be in trouble to contact me. You may need just someone there for you. And thats my purpose as well. Be there for you and for all you want to ask, say or communicate. These kind of simple therapies are much more valuable than you may think. Someone there for you always pays off more than any other kind of specialized therapy of all. And thats my specialty. I am always available for someone that wants to talk.
My target is to unleash the amazing vehicle you have, to go out there and achieve; to map out a mission, and determine what’s holding you back and what you need to move forward. To tap into the soul and help see your own life more clearly.”
