I provide a post war reconstructionist approach to conflict transformation, change management, and trauma informed/sensitive behavioral training that includes threat assessment, crisis de-escalation, and body language coaching. I Have spent more than a decade as a mediator, facilitator and coach. I have worked in a variety of environments including the prison system, government, universities, NPO's, and corporations, but always in ways to help people reach their full potential. I have presented lectures on a variety of topics to many organizations, most recently the International Coaching Federation and the Association for Conflict Resolution. 


I guest lecture at Drexel University and University of Pennsylvania.
