Tony Zampella

Tony Zampella works with entrepreneurs, managers & first-time CEO's to develop higher conciousness practices through authentic communications, transformational leadership, and integral thinking. Through multiple learning and coaching models, Tony consults high-imapct leaders in designing learning programs in the practice and study of leadership, as an executive coach, and organizational consultant.

As a graduate professor, Tony designed and developed an integrated graduate program in organizational leadership, and delivered it on campus, and to corporations and organizations.

As a consultant, he worked with professionals to develop learning capacity through generative communications methods, and transformational leadership models. Tony is focused on transforming traditional business practices into learning cultures, where questions of purpose, accountability, and integrity become core to all other issues.
