This package is designed to help you balance your life. You may work too much and not having time for yourself or to spend with yor family. You might be overwhelmed with the work responsibilities. Whatever the case, we can build together the structure of the life you desire.

Step by step we will identify the rock blocks and eliminate them.

This package includes 12 sessions with a 3 month commitment.

Each session will have 60 minutes and will take place over the phone at a time and date we choose together.

For new clients, we will start with a discovery session that will take approx. 45 minutes and will be FREE of charge.
