We begin with a FREE exploratory consultation to establish a healing intention and ensure that you are comfortable with the process. Your questions are welcome throughout the process.

The client and the Higher Mind of Awareness is in charge of every session. I serve as a facilitator and pracitioner. It is my responsibility to ensure a space of awareness and honor so that the individual is able to explore beyond blocks, doubts and uncertainty in the mind to the degree an individual is ready. This is guided by our Higher Mind, which is always present.

After the initial consultation, by phone or in person, we will arrange to gather for 3 one-hour sessions that include shifting the client and myself into the Higher Mind, the higher harmonics, to help resolve blocks, i.e., upsets or lack of peace, and focusing concerns.

During the sessions there will be both talking/word exploration through higher harmonic questions. All inquiry and questions are designed to support the individual to access an expanded state of awareness beyond the ego's tendency to rely on fearful beliefs, emotions, mentally "trying to figure things out" mind or on chi sensations that involve unkind or separation thoughts. A being naturually relaxes into peace when we feel safe and cherished.

We use playful hands-on tools and meditative, visualization, vibrational and breathing techniques that encourage deeper states of awareness. Each person is unique in their energetic patterns and language so this is intuitively guided.

Sessions flow with the energy. Because sutble awareness is beyond the human mind, awareness can feel like a soft awareness or a gentle harmonic hug or deep sensations of well being. Or simply a knowing or sense of inner peace and not needing to figure things out. As the individual accepts "what is" and that wholeness and beauty within us is always. the mind begins to relax into a sense of inner peace. Inner Light and chi awareness is a lifetime practice of wellness, relaxing beyond what appears to cause any lack of peace.

*All sessions are guaranteed for the day of the session if at the end of the full session, while we are together, there is a lack of satisfaction. No refunds will be given after the session due to the nature of energy work and an individual's readiness for a lasting shift. The FreelanceCoach.com fee will still be charged, however, my portion of the fee will be refunded within 30 days. NO CLAIMS of any sort are made for this or any service offered by Laura Bedford. Participants agree to accept sole responsibility for all outcomes.

** When working with youth, caregivers can be present or choose not to be. This can be managed in a way that is suitable for all parties. Energy work is beyond the overthinking "rational" and dense-emotion trusting ego mind. The energetic safety of the client is important and the mind will only relax if it feels safe and cherished. Clients must sign a release form. Your deepest questions are encourged. Please note, the services are coaching, in the way we approach yoga, meditation and any inner peace practices.
