This executive coaching program typically has 5 steps:

1. Identify Success Outcomes.  It is important to be clear at the onset of what success looks like. What is your desired future? How will work together to support your creating this reality? We will discuss your goals and situation, so that we are clear as to the challenge and opportunity you are facing. I will assess your level of readiness, and may help you align with your organization's goals.
2. Assessment and Feedback. We all have strengths and weaknesses. Being clear about these it crticial to success. 360 degree feedback, as well as other personality assessments are tools we can deploy to gain key insights at this stage.
3. Strategy and Action Planning. Develop an action plan that give you focused, deliberate practice to develop and grow. At this stage we may seek buy-in and support from key stakeholders. 
4. Execute Plan and Integrate Learning. Support will be provided for action plans and specific goal attainment. Plan will be updated as needed, and progress will be measured. Periodic meetings with stakeholders and providing them with progress report is useful as this stage.
5. Results and Path Forward. Overall results are reviewed during final wrap-up meeting. Success is acknowledged and future challenges identified. We discuss sustaining change, and agree to a process check typically 3 months out. 

This five step program will be tailored to fit your needs and availability, and typically takes about 6 months to complete. Some executives like having a quick 30 minute coaching calls on a weekly basis, plus one longer monthly call. Others prefer a 75 minute call every three weeks. Everyone received unlimited email support, and crafts a schedule that works for them.
