This session will review the differences between coaching and other familiar terms like consulting, mentoring, and teaching. We'll review the concept of a coaching conversation, and how a coaching conversation is different.

There are many benefits of establishing a coaching culture in an organization and we’ll review some examples of the results some organizations have seen, and explore what impact it can have on your organization.

Last, but not least, we'll look at the manager as a coach based on what has been covered. This includes a review and discussion on how a manager as a coach is different in his/her approach.

At the end of this workshop, each participant will know how to use some coaching tools in a practical and meaningful way.
