The Self-Discovery program consists of 8 60-minutes, individual weekly sessions with Dr. Le.  In addition to our coaching sessions, unlimited email exchanges between sessions are included to fully support you in this journey.  Topics we will work on include: Understanding the role of Choice and Conscious Living; Identifying and Eliminating Limiting Beliefs; Creating your Life Purpose and Life Vision; Exploring your Relationship History, Patterns, and Personality Trait Profile; Developing your Action Plan for a Fulfllied and Passionate Life!
