While hourly rate is listed above ($650/hr) most of my clients negotiate a 3 to 6 month retainer after a complimentary phone call to explore best options is discussed.

Flat fee package, customized to the executive's goals. Asssessment upfront, neurotech as needed and one on one coaching/facilitation done onsite and/or virtually.  Our package includes insights and tools from behavioral economics and neuroscience so we are able to tackle issues that elude most 'rah rah' coaches.  Most of our clients are bright sophisticated clients where motivation, logic and effort haven't solved the problem.
