Based upon informational interviews and desired outcomes, the deliverables will include facilitated courses, team building, learning and developing new skills, sustainment post class to continue the learning and best practices (application), and team engagement scorecard.  Specific tools are also included.

·        Individual packages: 1:1 once/week coaching, 30 minute sessions, for a total of 15 sessions at $1,500.

·        Team packages:  Informational gathering to identify and create best deliverable based upon learning objectives and desired outcomes.  For example, a two-day facilitated course for team sessions of up to 25 persons in one class, is only $30,000, which includes sustainment and engagement surveys (pre and post session, 6 months apart). This price does not include travel expenses or material creation, if applicable. Other details and tools may be discussed and may reduce or increase the cost of the package.

·        Other packages available with many engaging, interactive, discovery journeys and programs to offer for management and leadership development including provocative and creative learning interventions such as the stay interview for job enrichment and becoming the leader not the manager. I also have associate development and performance management for all levels with excellent tools to guide and pave a great path. I have certifications in strengths, values, recognition styles profiles, DDI interviewing, ICF coaching, team engagement, situational leadership, trust, 360s, 6 thinking hats and more.
