After a free discovery session, you will enroll in a 16-week program consisting of 45 minute weekly sessions.  

This is a unique kind of coaching in that it has, at its foundation, traditional coaching best practices, but then it adds additional structure, insights and exercises learned from the research behind the best selling book, What’s Your Genius, to deliver a very specific result (i.e., identifying and unleashing your hidden Genius).

In our program you will partner with me to work through the following evolutions:

1. Education – Kick off, history of the research, the study findings and introduction to the 5^th Level Coaching Program
2. Know Thyself – Meet your genius, learning about your natural talents, reasons and way (during this evolution we will administer an ADVanced Insights assessment to learn your preferred behaviors, values, and decision making patterns).
   
3. Choose Thyself – How true are you to your inner genius; the real key to genuine success is creating authenticity in your roles
4. Create Thyself – How to actually pull the trigger
5. Reinforcement – review, readjust, redeploy, auxiliary skill development and sustainability through monthly coaching discussions (separate additional program).

You & I will meet weekly in 45 minute sessions to work through the structured program and the five evolutions it contains. We will work together to complete the different exercises and activities under each evolution.

Program Cancellation: The program (coaching evolutions) is mandatory and requires full commitment up front. You may cancel your coaching program and receive a reimbursement of your payment prior to the start of the second coaching session (a $100.00 cancellation fee will apply). Following the second coaching session no refunds will be allowed.
