Have you set out on your New Year Resolutions only to realize that 15 days later they didn't seem to matter as much since you weren't being held accountable to them by anyone.  Goals are simply dreams with a timetable, a plan, and action... but if there is no discipline or accountability, those plans will fail, those Goals will not be reached and the dream will fade.

That's where I come in.  Through my 20+ year career i've discovered a few strengths of mine that I've realized are meant to be shared with others.  I have a passion for excellence.  I bring out the best in people.  I focus on strengths.  I listen and I hear.  I do not judge unless asked to do so.  I plan carefully and appropriately.  I follow up. I follow through.  I think big, and work small... one manageable step at a time.  I get things done.  I inspire creativity.  I know the value of stillness of mind.  I've sold my cleverness and purchase bewilderment every chance i get.  Yes i borrowed that from Rumi.

That's plenty about me, but you should now ask why me?  I'm real.  I don't fake it until I make it.  I power through it.  PTI.  I will help you power through the bane of all goal setting.... the point at which a dream that became a goal goes back to being just a false hope... at that point I'll step in so you can step it UP.. i'll encourage.. i'll supply the extra energy boost.. the focus.. the drive.... i'll remind you of your big WHY.. i'll stay on it and I'll stay with you.  It is my way, my tenacity, my persistence, my energy and my perserverance.. this is why you will succeed, you will achieve.  You will do more than you ever thought possible.
