6 Weeks with six scheduled session of Holistic Coaching - With Additional Correspondence via Email

• Completion of Initial Question & Answer sessions via email to uncover limiting self-talk or self-imposed limits
• Definition of goals & desires you wish to achieve
• Discovery phase regarding what you feel is stopping you from achieving them now
• Uncovering the deeper understanding of what's truly stopping your from achieving anything you desire
• Creating new programs to install through affirmations and awareness practices
• Creation of a structure for you to hold yourself accountable even after we're done
• Clear definition of goals
• Outline of action steps to begin moving toward those goals and keep sticking to it until achieved

Responses to emails within 24-48 hours max. During the 5 day work week.

This program allows me to allot 1 hour per day as needed to each unique individual that selects this program. I will be able to effectively respond to and help them work through their processes via email responses.
