The Innovation Accelerator develops your proficiency in the use of a variety of valuable innovation tools, methods, and insights.  We do this by way of not only teaching these to you, but also demonstrating them for you and providing opportunities to apply them yourself and refine your skills and experience in executing them.  Basic areas of coaching emphasis include:

• Enlightenment - Developing Innovation Strategy
• Enablement - Acquiring Innovation Skills
• Enrichment - Executing Innovation Projects
• Environment - Analyzing Innovation Resources

I generally recommend an engagement duration of 6 months, but this can vary, depending upon client needs.

The $500/month/person fee is for individuals only.  Fees for group coaching will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.  In the provision of any services, these fees are net of expenses that may be incurred in the delivery of service.  However, all expenses will be discussed, approved, and documented clearly prior to billing.
