  There are 5 building blocks to a one page plan.

1. Vision: What are you building?
2. Mission: Why does this business exist?
3. Objectives: What results will you measure?
4. Strategy: How will you build this company?
5. Action Plans: What is the work to be done?

During the first month we will meet in 2 sessions/8 hours to produce your One Page Plan. Included in these sessions will be development of your Plan, including development of Balanced Scorecards for each of your Strategies and Objectives.

Over the next 11 months we will meet for 1 hour/monthly to conduct monthly business reviews.

As an accountability-based program I will guide you throughout the year. 

As noted above, pricing is to develop one plan for the CEO of a company. If a CEO wants each department or division to compile a plan we can develop a quote for that as well based on your needs.
