This is a 36 week program divided out into bi-weekly sessions conducted via phone, Skype Audio Chat or Skype Video Chat. (video chat preferred but not required)  Each participant is invited to join our social community for additional support and connection.  

Each session is recorded and provided for you as an MP3 download for future reference and study.  Homework is assigned 12 weeks out of 36 and is required to be uploaded no less than 48 hours prior to our call.
