This is an intensive one-on-one coaching experience designed to help you create a compelling life by getting behind the why—the reasons and meanings behind why you have not followed through or have taken massive action, as well as the how—the specific action plan necessary to achieve your desired results and next level of success. 

It’s about self-motivation, self-leadership, self- empowerment and focus.

This Coaching program includes:

• Karen as your Personal Coach
• Six 40-minute pre-scheduled coaching calls with Karen.  Calls are pre-scheduled to keep you on track and hold you accountable
• Six weeks of Daily Mental Coffee emails delivered to your inbox at 8:15 am each morning, to keep you motivated, inspired and challenged to think and act fearlessly

After each call there is self growth and success homework that must be completed before the next session.

Prior to the first session a 30 minute consultation and questionnaire will be done.
