The One Page Business Plan®program requires development of a draft and final plan in the first month (4 hours) and monthly implementation sessions (1 hour each).

The 5^th Level Coaching program requires a 16 week commitment to work through the 5 evolutions of the 5^th Level program (45 minutes each session) followed by a 26 week maintenance program where we meet for 1 hour monthly during 2 30 minute sessions to review changes in your roles or duties that might challenge your authenticity as well as to discuss implementation of your leadership and management practices.

The Manager as Coach training program requires a 14 week commitment to learn smart leadership and management principles as well as learning how to “manage by coaching”.

How does it work?

We meet for a 3 hour kick-off meeting in the first month, followed by weekly 1 hour meetings during which we will begin the 5^th Level program. We will reserve the 2^nd week each month for a 1 hour One Page implementation discussion.  On completion of the 5^th level program we will start the Manager as Coach Program and 5th level maintenance/reinforcement program and continue our weekly meetings.  You will meet weekly throughout the year.

Payments are in 12 equal installments, $ 1,084 monthly, payable in advance each month.
