Alison Bourget

After working in the corporate field as a human resource consultant for 15 years, I decided to become a life coach in 2004, for I realized I needed to change. My company offered us the possibility to attend the life coaching classes organized by CTI and I was hooked. I was greatly impressed to the extent that I decided to open a life coaching practice the same year.

As human resource specialist and life coach, I have been working with individuals from many professional areas. As a life coach, I envision helping clients define their personal goals and thus outline simple, practical, yet creative plans to help them move forward quickly and stress free. My expertise lies in inspiring people who are not truly happy or satisfied with their lives and feel a vacuum inside. I work with a range of people from different backgrounds, helping them learn ways to fill up the vacuum in their lives.

With strong communication skills, supported by flair for public relations and great interactive skills, I excel at problem solving with clients in transition. I work with young professional women and offer them guidance and support to become successful in life.
