He has nearly 30 years of experience and training in interpersonal communication, self-transformation, leadership, and community development, 15+ years experience in business writing and training, and 7+ years of experience in emotional integration techniques.

He as B.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Economics both from Oregon State University in 1996

He received his Solution-Focused Coach training at Erickson Coaching International in 2005.
