In addition to being a Certified Trainer, Licensed Trainer for the Possibility of Woman course, Life Development Coach in Communications and experienced national and international facilitator who has worked with hundreds of clients,
  
She began her training in the fall of 1988 when she attended the Design Your Life workshop, which was the basis for The Listening Course and the Possibility of Woman workshop.

 
 
Ana was introduced to the program by her mother and business partner, Carol McCall, PhD., M.C.C. who is also the founder of the Institute for Global Listening and Communication.
 
 
 
Currently, Ana is preparing for her Master Certified Coach credential with the International Coach Federation (ICF), while also planning to enter an MBA program fall 2012.She intends to bring her skills of 20 years of seasoned business experience and expertise in empowered listening to the business community.

 
 
Ana is a native Californian and resides in the Northern California, San Francisco Bay area
