Overview

I am passionate about helping people develop themselves to live the best life they can. I believe the pursuit of happiness and joy in life is vital as they impact so many areas of life, like performance at work and home, health, and the way we tackle problems when they arise.

Since a traumatic life experience I have become acutely aware of the importance of balancing work and life outside of it.  I am especially interested in coaching people who wish to improve their work/life balance.
