I have over 17 years experience of successfully helping individuals feel good about themselves and their lives, being able to say "no" without guilt, have healthy boundaries, drastically improve their love relationship (s), assist in healing health challenges, be and feel abundance, happy and fulfilled.


I have worked successfully with individuals who::      


1)  Have addictions (smoking, alcoholism, workaholism, spending, complusive eating and others).


2)  Have anxiety, proscrastination, anger and resentment. 


3)  Were on the brink of a divorce and ended up falling back in love with their spouse.


4)  Have health challenges.
