I have over 11 years coaching experience. I also coach those who suffer from Anxiety and Depression with the National Health Service. I have experience of running various workshops as well as working one to one with clients.


I am also currently completing my MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) exams, which will be completed in Ocotber 2014. Once qualified, I will be also be an MBTI Practitioner.
