For 25 years in the Corporate sector at a Fortune 1 Telecom I have coached, mentored and developed people at all levels in the business and in all lines of business.  Even when my primary responsibility had more to do with teaching how to build circuits, I found myself coaching the person as well as the subject. My skills was recognized and I was the lead Manager on the largest coaching initiative in the 100year history of the company.  For that opportunity I will be forever grateful to the company that employed me.
