Hello and thank you for taking a moment to review my profile.  I am a Life and Success Coach with over nine years of experience in coaching.  I am also trained as a therapist, and worked in the mental health field for 15+ years. 

The fact that you're reading this now tells me that you've made the decision to initiate a change. Good for you! People can and do improve their personal and professional lives given the proper insight, tools, motivation and accountability. Just as you might hire a personal trainer to take you out of your comfort zone and help you with your fitness goals, I will help you to achieve results relevant to your personal and/or professional success and happiness.

Here's the secret. You don't have to do it alone. Every successful person I know can name at least one coach or mentor to whom they credit much of their success. There's no shame in not knowing everything. None of us does. And what you don't know may be keeping you from being happy and successful. There's plenty of information and support out there. You just need to ask for it! You've got this one life to live....what do you want yours to look like?

My coaching style is straight forward, reality based and goal oriented...with a touch of humor. It combines your unique situational needs with both education and useful tools to help you with changes now and in the future.
