MBS is a coaching business that assists women with making better health decisions. It takes a look at healing of the whole person, mind, body, soul. It uses the theory that if one of these areas are thrown off it can cause a spiral affect within life. We focus on renewing of the mind and the heart not to only make changes on the outside but to search within for answers and healing of past hurts and pains.
