I am a Certified Professional coach with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Integrating my expertise in the area of life balance, I have worked with countless clients like you, to help them achieve the life they truly want to be living.

I’ve been there and I know how it feels. I compromised myself for many years. I started out my life making decisions from the perspective of “this is what I should do.” Even though, I struggled with depression, insomnia, not feeling like I fit in and being in several relationships that weren’t fulfilling, I kept on this course for a long time, losing myself due to making compromise after compromise. From the outside, it may have seemed to most people that I had it all together. But I knew deep down, I wasn’t happy and not living the life I really wanted to be living.

Through working with a coach, I discovered that becoming a coach was my calling and passion. That was my start to creating an integrated life. I can truly say now that my life is balanced and fulfilling including a wonderful marriage, great friendships, and a fantastic career. I know the challenges that professional women face from the inside, with more than 20 years of corporate and consulting experience, including project management, training and development, online marketing, leadership, business, career, wellness and life coaching.

Outside of my work, I have many interests, including fashion. I enjoy being able to express myself creatively and uniquely through my clothing and love it when I inspire others to do the same. It is such a wonderful way to experience full self expression. I love animals. My husband, stepdaughter and I have 2 shelter dogs and 2 shelter cats (Henry, Luna, Sammy and Simon ) that are definitely an integral part of the family. I enjoy nature and get out and hike whenever I can. The list could go on and on!
