· Developed and marketed mediation process for dispute resolution in the workplace with cooperation of the bargaining union.
· Coordinated Harassment Prevention Program with caseload of 150 complaints per year with the Ministry of Correctional Services.
· Contributed to the development of a Cultural Assessment Tool to allow organization to measure cultural change and achieve employment equity and diversity objectives with input from the bargaining unit representatives.
